Using CourtConnect
CourtConnect connects players with sports venues. You may browse and book as a guest or with an account. You agree to give accurate details and to use the platform only for genuine bookings.
Bookings
A time slot is only yours once it is confirmed. Slots are allocated first-come, first-served and the platform prevents two players holding the same slot. Prices shown are set by the venue.
Cancellations and changes
You can cancel or reschedule from your bookings screen, which releases the slot for other players. Individual venues may apply their own cancellation conditions.
Venue owners
Venue owners are responsible for the accuracy of their venues, courts, availability and pricing, and for honouring confirmed bookings.
Conduct
Organising chat is limited to preset messages. Harassment, no-shows and misuse of the social features may result in account suspension.
Liability
Play happens at the venue and at your own risk. CourtConnect is not the operator of the facilities and is not responsible for injury, loss or venue conditions.
