Privacy Policy

• Account details — name and email address when you create an account.
• Guest booking details — the name and email you provide to confirm a booking without an account.
• Booking activity — courts, dates, times and prices of slots you book, cancel or reschedule.
• Location data — only your approximate coordinates and nearest suburb, and only if you choose to share your location.
• Social features — friend connections, join requests, and preset chat messages used to organise a game.
• Venue enquiries — venue name, suburb and email if you register interest as a venue owner.

• To create, confirm, change and cancel your bookings.
• To show relevant venues near you and remember your suburb preference.
• To let venue owners manage the bookings made at their venues.
• To operate friend requests, "play with others" matching and organising chat.
• To keep the platform secure and prevent misuse such as double bookings.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

When you book a court, the venue owner can see the booking and the name and contact details attached to it, so they can host you. Other players only see the limited profile details needed for the social features you opt into. We also use service providers who host our database, authentication and email delivery on our behalf.

Location is never collected unless you explicitly allow it. You can choose "Share my location", "Ask me each time" or "Never share" at any time in Settings, and you can clear or permanently delete your saved suburb, coordinates and sharing history from the same screen. Denying location access does not stop you from booking — you can pick your suburb manually.

Organising chat is restricted to preset messages only. Free text cannot be sent, which keeps conversations limited to arranging a game.

We keep booking records while your account is active and for as long as needed to run the service and resolve disputes. Location preferences are removed as soon as you delete them.

• Access, correct or delete your account information.
• Turn location-based suggestions on or off at any time.
• Delete your saved location data from all devices.
• Ask us to close your account and remove your personal details.

CourtConnect is intended for people aged 16 and over. Younger players should book through a parent or guardian.
